  1. I think that’s so true! I think it benefits to try new fitness classes and techniques, but don’t think that you have to pay a fortune for it! I think you can benefit from a particular gym if it teaches you and coaches you on a specific technique if you cannot get it elsewhere. Other than that, you can run, run intervals, swim in some places, and get a few weights and a bar for cheap and get pretty “shredded” and do any routine that you wish at the convenience of your own home and for much less money!
